User Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of information connected with your use of the Leeway Solutions Messenger Assistant:

1. Open the official Leeway Solutions Facebook Page in Messenger.
2. Send the message: “Delete my data.”
3. Alternatively, email leewaysolutions2025@gmail.com from an address you control and state that you want your Messenger information deleted.

An authorised representative may ask for limited information needed to locate and verify the relevant conversation. After verification, applicable records under Leeway Solutions’ control will be deleted unless retention is required by law, fraud-prevention duties or legitimate transaction-record obligations.
