The Leeway Solutions Messenger Assistant processes messages that people voluntarily send to the Leeway Solutions Facebook Page. It uses the message and available advert-referral information to identify the relevant product, answer enquiries and provide the appropriate purchase link.
We do not ask for or intentionally store card details, PINs, passwords, one-time passwords or other banking credentials. Payments are completed only through the official Selar checkout links supplied in conversations.
Messages may be reviewed by an authorised Leeway Solutions representative when human assistance is requested or required. Information is used only for customer support, fraud prevention and legitimate business records, and is protected from unauthorised access.
Customers may request access, correction or deletion of their information by messaging the official Leeway Solutions Facebook Page or emailing leewaysolutions2025@gmail.com.
